House Rules of the Hotel Clement Prague

Dear Guests,

We are delighted to have you as guests in the Hotel Clement Prague, and we want to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. To make the experience as pleasant as possible, we kindly request you to familiarize yourself with our hotel rules. They are designed to maintain a peaceful and respectful atmosphere for all guests and to ensure their safety and well-being. Following and respecting the rules will help us create a harmonious environment for all. Thank you for your cooperation!


DRESS CODE
Guests are kindly asked to wear appropriate clothes and footwear in the public hotel place. Please avoid wearing pyjamas, swimwear, revealing clothes, slippers, or flip-flops. Please avoid T-shirts with discriminating or inappropriate labels.


BEHAVIOUR
All guests are expected to treat other guests and staff with respect and courtesy. Please, refrain from any form of disruptive, impolite, disregarding, or abusive behaviour.  


QUIET HOURS
To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours should be followed from 10 pm to 6 am. During these hours, guests are requested to keep noise levels to a minimum in corridors, rooms, and common areas. Guests are encouraged to report any instances of disruptive noise to the reception.

 

GUESTS´ SAFETY AND SECURITY
Ensuring the safety and well-being of our valued guests is our utmost priority. We are committed to providing a secure environment for everyone. We kindly request that guests remain vigilant and promptly report any suspicious behaviour or activities to our staff.

We also kindly remind all guests to ensure their peace of mind during their stay by utilizing the in-room safes provided for storing valuables. Please note that although our staff is absolutely trustworthy and rooms are secured with electronic card systems, by Czech law, the hotel cannot take any responsibility for any loss of valuables or cash if they were not stored in the in-room safety boxes.
Also, please take a moment to close your room door properly every time you leave. By taking these simple precautions, we can collectively maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.

PET POLICY
Pets are not accepted in the Hotel Clement Prague. The hotel reserves the right not to accommodate a guest arriving with a pet and to cancel the accommodation with NO REFUND.


USE OF FACILITIES
We kindly request that guests refrain from moving the furniture in the rooms. Our carefully arranged layouts create a cozy ambiance and contribute to our guests' safety. In addition, if you find any malfunctions, notices, or breakages during your stay, please report it to our friendly staff immediately. We are here to promptly address any issue to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
And last but not least, for the convenience and comfort of all our guests, we ask that nothing be taken from the hotel premises.

AMENITIES RENTAL
Our reception is at your service if you require any amenities during your stay, such as iron, adapters, extra pillows, or umbrellas. We kindly request that after using them, you return them to the reception area so that they may also be available for other guests.

MINIBAR
Our well-stocked minibars are designed to enhance your stay with us, offering a selection of refreshing beverages and tempting snacks. To ensure you have a delightful experience, our attentive staff refills the minibars daily. Any consumption from the minibar should be reported at the reception during your departure.


CLEANING
At our hotel, we prioritize cleanliness and comfort. Our dedicated Housekeeping team ensures daily cleaning of your room, usually until 4:00 pm (16:00). For your convenience, towels are replaced whenever found on the bathroom floor. Bed linens are changed every fourth day unless you prefer a different schedule. Please, feel free to inform us.

We respect your privacy, so please feel at ease using the DO NOT DISTURB sign whenever you wish to be undisturbed. However, for security reasons, we reserve the right to enter your room after every three days to ensure security and cleanliness.

Should you require any additional amenities such as conditioners, shower caps, or toothbrushes, our friendly reception staff is always ready to assist you.  


VISITORS´ POLICY
For the safety and security of all our valued guests, we strictly enforce the rule that only registered guests are permitted to enter the room and stay overnight. We kindly request that non-registered visitors refrain from accessing the hotel room. If you have visitors during your stay, we kindly ask that you meet them in the designated public hotel areas or inform our kind reception staff about your visit.


SMOKING POLICY
We take pride in providing a smoke-free environment throughout our hotel, as we prioritize the comfort and well-being of all our guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas, rooms, and common places. However, we have designated smoking areas within the hotel premises to accommodate our smoking guests. Please get informed at the reception.

Please be aware that failure to respect the non-smoking rule may result in a penalty. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you have a wonderful, smoke-free stay with us.

 

FOOD
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we kindly ask you not to take any food, drinks, or inventory outside of the dining area of our restaurant. Please note that all food and drinks are subject to immediate consumption in the hotel restaurant. If you would like to have some takeaway snacks prepared for the day, please request them from our restaurant staff. We can also offer breakfast packages to those who leave before the restaurant opens. Breakfast packages must be ordered until noon of the previous day at the latest.

In addition, we advise you not to keep the food in the hotel rooms for an extended period.
In an effort to minimize food waste and contribute to a more sustainable environment, we kindly request that you consider placing on your plate only as much food as you intend to consume during your meal. Our commitment to responsible practices aligns with our desire to reduce unnecessary waste and ensure that everyone can enjoy a delightful dining experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter as we work together to make a positive impact.

BREAKFAST PACKAGE
We would like to inform you about a convenient option for those of you who may need to depart before our regular breakfast hours. If your plans require you to leave the hotel early, we are pleased to offer a takeaway sandwich service. To avail of this service, kindly make a request at our reception desk at least one day in advance, with a cutoff time of 1:00 PM. Our team will ensure that your delicious and satisfying takeaway sandwich is ready for you to grab on your way out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making your stay as comfortable as possible.
