Our friendly reception staff are here to assist you with any further inquiries or requests.

Airport Transfers and Hotel Taxi: travel safely and comfortably with English-speaking drivers to the airport or any destination of your choice. Fix rates pply and can be convenietly charged to your hotel bill.

Assistance: to reach reception, kindly dial 126 from the phone in your room.

Breakfast: start your day right with our daily breakfast buffet served from 6:30 to 10:30 am in the restaurant next to the reception. Lactose-free options and gluten-free baskets are available upon request for a fee.

Chargers and Plug Adapters: a limited number of chargers and adapters are available at the reception for your use. To keep them reusable, please return them to the reception.

Check-out: our standard check-out time is 11 am. If you need a later check-out, please contact our reception in advance. Additional fees may apply.

Concierge service: our dedicated team at the reception desk is here to assist you by providing you with maps, toor bookings, concert tickets, theatre performances, public transport tickets, restaurant recommendations or any other tips you may need for exploring the city of Prague.

Currency Exchange: exchange currencies with ease at the reception. Rest assured, our services are safe and fair, with exchange reates updated daily for your convenience. Medical service: should you require medical assistance during your stay, please feel free to contact the reception for assistance. The hotel cooperates with English-speaking and professional doctors.

Early breakfast Box: if you need to leave before our breakfast starst, just let uks know by noon the day before and we will prepare a breakfast box for you to take with you. Plus, we will also prepare your cofee or tea to go. 

Iron and Ironing board: both can be borrowed from the reception free of charge. Conditions of use are enclosed. Please, read them thoroughly. 

Loundry service: take advantage of our laundry, dry cleaning or ironing service. Pricing details and conditions are provided in the enclosed list in your room. 

Luggage Storage: enjoy the flexibility of safely storing your luggage at the reception free of charge in case of a later departure. 

Parking: Secured parking options are available in our underground garage or in the streets of Prague 1 (we cannot guarantee the security). For more information and reservation, feel free to contact reception. Parking fees apply in both options. 

Quiet Hours: to ensure a peaceful entvironment for all our guests, quiet hours are set from 10 pm to 6 am. If you encounter any disturbances during these hours, please do not hesitate to contact reception for prompt assistance. 

Smoking policy: considering the comfort of all our guests, smoking (including standard and electronic cigarettes) is strictly probihited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided in the balcony between the 4th and 5th floor and the terrace after breakfast. Please nothe that breaking this rule will result in penalty of 250€. 

Security: to ensure your safety, all hotel public premises are monitored and recorded by CCTV surveillance. 
 

Umbrellas: don´t let the weather dampen your plans. Borrow and umbrella from the reception to stay dry and comfy during your explorations. Please return the umbrella so it can be at other guests´ disposal.
